LMC is proud to announce its seventh-annual Boulderfest climbing competition.
On Saturday, March 21, Boulderfest invites and welcomes all climbers — from pros to beginners — to compete in our enduro-style competition at Rockmont Park in St. Elmo.

The nationally-recognized land trust maintains the South's largest urban natural bouldering park, with 27 boulders spread out across a beautiful park and trail system.
Boulderfest gives a challenge: how many routes can you compete in three hours?
"Come climb with us at the South's largest urban natural bouldering park," said LMC president Dr. Robyn Carlton.
The event begins with on-site registration at 8.30 am.
Beginning at 9.30 am, we'll have opening announcements, then the competition begins. Three hours later, score cards are turned in and the awards party starts at one of the prettiest places in the city -- overlooking the Tennessee River and downtown Chattanooga.

Local food trucks, hot coffee and cold beer plus our city's fabulous climbing community — all will be part of Boulderfest 2026.
Celebrating our 35th anniversary, Lookout Mountain Conservancy is a nationally recogznied-and-accredited land trust that manages 1,500 acres of protected land while offering private land for public use, like Rockmont Park, the Guild-Hardy Trail and the Boulders on Old Wauhatchie Pike.
Our Howard School Intern Program is nationally-recognized, with students from nearby The Howard School learning how to be the next generation of conservationists, land stewards and engaged citizens.
